Sienet ovat oivallisia eri ravintoaineiden l\u00e4hteit\u00e4, niiss\u00e4 on runsaasti D-vitamiinia ja kuituja ja ne sis\u00e4lt\u00e4v\u00e4t proteiinia. Sienill\u00e4 on my\u00f6s todettu terveysvaikutuksia: ne alentavat kolestrolia ja ehk\u00e4isev\u00e4t diabetesta, muistisairautta sek\u00e4 matala-asteista tulehdusta. Sienist\u00e4 saa my\u00f6s mukavia makumuistoja kielelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kannattaa poimia vain ne sienet, jotka varmasti tunnistaa. Sienten erilaiset k\u00e4sittelyt on my\u00f6s hyv\u00e4 muistaa. Suolasieni\u00e4 valmistetaan keitetyist\u00e4 rouskuista ja perinteinen sienisalaatti saadaan perinteist\u00e4 suolasienist\u00e4. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaikkien vatsalle sienet eiv\u00e4t sovi niiden sis\u00e4lt\u00e4m\u00e4n sienisokerin eli trehaloosin takia. Jos sieniaterian j\u00e4lkeen saa vatsavaivoja, syyn\u00e4 voi olla sienisokeri, joka ei pilkkoudu vatsassa trehaloosi-entsyymin puutteen takia.
